LUNA & me On Repeat is very easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel by visiting the 'Manage On Repeat' section of your LUNA & me account. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for any changes or cancellations to be processed.
Change an order date: To change your next order date, just visit the 'Manage On Repeat' section within your account and select Manage your Orders. Then select Edit on one of your items and select the Next charge date. A calendar will appear allowing you to select a new date. If you have other items on the schedule then tick Update Other Orders and confirm by clicking the Update Next Charge Date button. Done!
Skip a delivery: To skip an On Repeat order, please visit the 'Manage On Repeat' section within your account and click the 'Manage Upcoming Orders' tab. Your next 7 orders will be listed. Move to the right and select the Skip Order section. This will skip the entire order.
Change the frequency of deliveries: To change the delivery frequency for an item in your On Repeat order, please visit the 'Manage On Repeat' section within your account. The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each of your On Repeat orders. To change the delivery frequency for your On Repeat order, simply click the 'Change Frequency' dropdown next to the order you would like to change and select the frequency you desire from the menu. Making changes to the frequency of your On Repeat does not automatically change the next order date.
Send an order now: To send a On Repeat order now, just visit the 'Manage On Repeat' section within your account and click the 'Edit Order Date' button to the right of the next delivery date then select a new date for your order. This will change the date for your next On Repeat order. For an order to process on the same day your changes must be made before 6am.
Cancel or Pause LUNA & me On repeat: To pause your On Repeat, please visit the 'Manage On Repeat' section within your account and click the 'Pause' link to the right of the order you wish to pause. You’ll be prompted that all future orders will be skipped until the schedule is resumed.
