Yes. However, LUNA & me products are designed so that you don't have to! We plan, portion, package & deliver. All you do is thaw and feed.

To thaw food safely we recommend the following:
Thaw in a refrigerator. If you thaw food at room temperature, in a sink with cold water or in a microwave, you must use thawed food within 3 days. Do not re-freeze.
Only food thawed in a refrigerator can be re-frozen.
Portion into individual servings.
Re-Freeze immediately.
Once thawed for the 2nd time we recommend using ideally within 1-2 days.

Thawing, refreezing and re-thawing meat can result in some loss of moisture and product quality.
